Working out. Ugh those dreaded words. Yes, working out can be a pain at times- but there are so many benefits to doing so! I am not going to lecture you about the benefits of working out because lets be honest, you either know or you see it all over social media. Instead, I am going to provide you with a quick 20 minute workout that you can incorporate into your daily routine! Now let me put this out there, I am by no means a trainer or a certified workout instructor, but I do enjoy working out and I have included this 20 minute workout into my daily routine and I personally have seen great results. Not only do I see my body toning, but I have more energy throughout the day! Plus you only need about 20 minutes! There is literally no excuse as to why you cannot add this workout in daily, it is so quick! I choose to do my workout in the morning, it gives me a little boost in the a.m- but you can do it midday or in the evening, whatever works best for YOU!

Okay lets get started!

Circuit 1

25 Crunches

50 squats

20 Push-ups

20 Leg Lifts

10 Second Break

Circuit 2

10 V-ups

15 X-Jumps

50 Knee highs

20 Straight leg sit-ups

10 Second break

Circuit 3

10 Jump squats

1 Min plank

10 Burpees

20 Donkey Kicks

 

Once you complete each circuit take a 1 minute break, then repeat for a final time!
